Cortland County Youth Hockey Association

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation or sponsorships, and submit payment (if required). You will be prompted to upload a copy of your child's birth certificate per USA Hockey requirements. You will also be asked to upload a signed copy of the consent to treat and code of conduct forms. Insurance information will be needed, so please have those items handy as well.

For returning players or players registering for more than one session, you will need to have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account.

Session One - Saturdays 8:00-9:00 am
9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/11, 11/18

Session Two - Saturdays 8:00-9:00 am
12/2, 12/9, 12/16, 12/30, 1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27
**Last session will be part of the CCYHA Fire On Ice Tournament held the weekend of 2/3-2/4

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2023-2024 Season.

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

The CCYHA IP (Introductory Program) is open to 1st time hockey players ages 6 (birth year 2017) and younger. As a way to encourage kids to try the sport of hockey the CCYHA Registration is FREE for your child's 1st session. In addition to that, CCYHA has hockey equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, hockey pants, shin guards, and jersey) available to borrow for free as well.

Additional equipment needed includes: skates, stick, socks, jock/jill shorts, neck guards, and mouth guard. CCYHA has a limited amount of these items available to borrow/purchase on a first come first serve basis.

Returning players pay a registration fee of $100/session.
